Suggestion: 1st Suggestion: House License, it will work like this: You go to City Hall icon will be setted you stand on it and type /buyhouselicense it will cost you something like 50,000$ after this you will be able to buy any kind of houses ( The money will go to Goverment Vault )

2nd Suggestion: House Tax every hour you will be taxed in ammount of 5,000$ - 10,000$, for small house will cost 5,000$ medium 7,500$ and large/mansion will cost 10,000$ and those money will go also to Goverment Vault.

3rd Suggestion: Business License it will work same House License but this one will cost you 75,000$ after this you will be able to buy any kind of businesses.

4th Suggestion: Business Tax it will tax you with percents it can be setted by the president and can be edited the money also will go to Goverment vault

5th Suggestion: Enterance fee when you enter a business you will lose 0$-500$ ammount can be setted by business owner.

6th Suggestion: Fishing Job (( place can be at Santa maria beach )) some icons will be setted you can go and /fish you will just wait like 10 seconds and u will get a random kind of fish, you can go to 24/7 and sell them there.

7th Suggestion: Health Bandages when you be on 20% HP u will walk slower (( same as /pedmove 6 )) you can buy bandages from 24/7 and you can use command /bandage [ID] (( you can heal your self or any player )) you will get freezed for 20 second and you will be healed by 40%, this will be more RP and law will arrest criminals faster.

8th Suggestion: furniture system/store, command /furniture [Object ID] you will be an object for 2,500$ you can edit you house and fill it with objects.

9th Suggestion: Army/PD's armory should be come empty when players /equip and also for /swat because it will be more RP and Army can refill it with weapons when its out of, Army can go to LV (( I will show the place to Thomas )) only army members can do /loadarmory and they will get weapons it can be robbed by mafias and they also can fill the armory (( armory should be added to mafias so they can store robbed weapons )) they can /unloadarmory and they will auto get weapons ofcourse icon will be setted for load/unload places and it same way for army.

I will think about more suggestions and re-post them. any opinions are welcome.

1st one isn't so needed, but can be used for better RP experience
2nd one im strongly AGAINST, due to the fact that LAW factions dont make much money and if you stay 4 hours a day in the server this makes 28 in a week, forcing 280k to be taken away from you and we are getting paid 500k in a week

5th: i don't agree, becuase in real life if you enter a shop you won't pay for enternce, and there a way to recive money from business, when you /buy a item the biz owner will recive moeny.
6th : agreed, but need more information how it should be.
7th: this system so boring, 20% hp can't move.. i don't agree with this.
8th: this command is fine but it will give alot of laggs.
9th: agreed with first part, 2nd its imposibble to be robbed by mafias.
